Biotech Training

This innovation aims to upskill or reskill in a fraction of the time and cost while increasing skill quality and retention. The program will provide a learn-by-doing approach while increasing training access by minimizing common barriers to training addressed by the portability and flexibility of the innovation.

The Life-Science training program will focus on applying Bio lab skills and reinforcing best practices within the lab environment. Customized training modules may include

• Pipetting

• Contamination control and documentation

• Cell Culture

• Good Manufacturing Practices (FDA sanctioned)

• Laboratory Safety

• Donning and Duffing PPE

• Animal Care

• Laboratory math applications –weights and measurements

Each module content will be guided by an industry Subject-Matter Expert (SME) and will be competency-based with established metrics and reporting to ensure positive learning outcomes leading to employment and sustainable career pathways.
